Jeff was born in 1962 in Norwalk, Connecticut. Although he has been drawing and painting his whole life, his professional career as a painter began in February, 2000.

He is mostly self-trained, with the exception of a few art classes he took when he was five, an oil painting class when he was thirteen, and one semester of drawing in college. His previous career as a graphic designer and illustrator helped him to develop his aesthetics, and to keep his basic drawing skills intact.

He is married to an amazing and stunningly beautiful woman (Leslie) with two children (Spencer and Emily) and five cats (Alice, Shrodinger, Jupiter, Moogoo and Mario.) As they are all quite attractive creatures (humans and felines alike,) he has no shortage of models!
