Kelly Rowe is from a family of successful artist. She has been painting and sculpting on and off for the past 20 years, using a variety of mediums and techniques. She has only recently begun painting kittens and cats, influenced by well known artists from the 1960's such as Margaret Keane, Gig, and Florence Kroger. She currently lives in Northern Virginia with her five cats.
